1. Program Description

By opting into the Vineyard Grocer SMS Messaging Program, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages (e.g., promotions, order updates, delivery notifications, reminders, and other business-related communications) from Vineyard Grocer at the phone number provided.

2. Consent to Receive Messages

Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS messages from Vineyard Grocer.

3. Cancellation & Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to 508-693-2000 (or the short code/number from which you received the message). After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
