Job Description: Provide troubleshooting and support for network connectivity issues. Configure and maintain network hardware (E.G., routers, switches) and software. Monitor network performance and security. Addressing any vulnerabilities. Assist in the installation, upgrade, and maintenance of network infraestructure. Document network issues and solutions for future reference. Collaborate with external vendors on network improvements. Ensure network security by configuring firewalls, antivirus programs, and intrusion detection systems. Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for common network problems to improve efficiency in resolving future issues. Recommend and implement upgrades or changes to network infraestructure to increase efficiency, performance, and reliability.
